Assistive Technology Specialist

  • Job Summary:

  • The Assistive Technology (AT) Specialist acts as the primary contact person for providing technical assistance to staff, faculty, students, and families to ensure students with disabilities have access to technology that will benefit their individualized education program. AT Specialists may conduct evaluations, respond to questions, and provide consultation services to staff, outside agencies, and families regarding the technology needs of the students with disabilities.
  • Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • - Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field

  • - Master’s Degree (preferred)

  • - Valid Texas Special Education Teaching, Educational Diagnostician, or

  • - Related Service Provider Credentials (preferred)

  • Location:

  • Arlington, Mansfield, Fort Worth, Crowley, and DeSoto, TX

  • - Remote, PRN, and/or Campus-Based positions
