Certification Experience

Each EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Certification session is intentionally designed to deliver a high-quality, personalized learning experience—emphasizing depth, engagement, and individualized application in both intimate and group settings.

This approach ensures that each participant leaves with both the insight and practical application needed to create meaningful impact.

SESSION FORMAT
Our two-day training sessions are delivered as a full, immersive experience, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST. Final session logistics are thoughtfully confirmed prior to training to ensure an optimal participant experience.

How to Select Your Certification Dates

Multiple sessions are offered each month to accommodate the schedules of busy professionals.

Most participants select the earliest available session that aligns with their availability, allowing them to begin applying their certification as soon as possible.

If you would like guidance in selecting the best date, we are happy to assist.

Sessions scheduled earlier in the month are typically selected first. We recommend securing your preferred date in advance to allow adequate time for prework, completion of the EQ-i 2.0 assessment, and your individual debrief session.
