Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • Job Summary:

  • The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serves as the primary consultant for planning and providing speech-language services to students with speech, voice, or language disorders. The SLP may assess students and provide therapeutic intervention to eliminate or reduce problems or impairments that interfere with the students’ ability to derive full benefit from the educational program.
  • Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • - Master’ s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university

  • - Valid Texas license as a speech-language pathologist granted by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

  • or
  • - Bachelor’s degree

  • - Valid Texas Education Agency speech therapy certificate

  • and
  • - Certificate of Clinical Competence (preferred)

  • - Pediatric or school-based experience (preferred)

  • Arlington, Mansfield, Fort Worth, Crowley, and DeSoto, TX - Remote, PRN, and/or Campus-Based positions
